As of January 2023, Mechatronica&Machinebouw will be rebranded as High-Tech Systems Magazine. This new title better expresses our focus on a target audience that influences development, outsourcing, partner selection, knowledge acquisition and procurement. This includes, for example, in-house development or procurement/outsourcing, hiring and tools for the development and manufacturing of high-tech systems and machines or for the installation and automation of production.

With this new title, we will continue to serve the same target group; decision makers and technicians in high-end machine and system engineering. High-Tech Systems is a Dutch publication. The magazine will be published four times a year in print and online, mainly with background stories. In addition, we send our weekly newsletter with short news and product news.

All articles will be published on the website of High-Tech Systems. A print article consists of max. 2 pages, except when specifically booked for extra pages, in which case a surcharge applies. Articles should meet our editorial guidelines.

Rates are based on full color, incl. media agency discount and excl. VAT.

Delivery specifications

The standard rates are based on full-color placement on the left-hand page with editorial on the right-hand page. Advertisements of half a page and smaller can be combined with other advertisements on the same page. Design and writing service on request.

Advertisement vs. advertorial vs. article

Advertisement – An advertisement is a (mostly visual) post in the magazine to promote or sell eg a brand, a product, an event or a job vacancy.

Advertorial – An advertorial is an advertisement written as an article. An advertorial may consist of commercial content, as opposed to an article in High-Tech Systems, which needs to be written in accordance with our editorial guidelines. An advertorial is marked as “advertorial” in the magazine.

Article  –  An article in High-Tech Systems adheres to our editorial guidelines. It can be written by one of our editors or you can choose to provide a text of your own, which complies to our editorial guidelines or which is edited to do so. We ask a publication fee. We also offer content services: content creation based on an hourly rate.

Advertisements and advertorials
Material should be sent two weeks prior to publication to sales@techwatch.nl. For the exact dates, please check the publication dates and theme list.

Advertorials
The minimum font size is 8 points. Please put “advertorial” on top of the page.

Inserts
Inserts should be sent 1.5 weeks prior to publication to Van Elst. The boxes containing the inserts need to be clearly specified as “inserts High-Tech Systems” and the number of the edition.
